Moray Coast Trail

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever visited. Ever.

While staying in Inverness, we decided to visit the Moray Coast for a day. You can walk along pebbled beaches, through little villages and stunning woodland for hours. There are lots of water sports, such as kayaking and canoeing, for you to enjoy – these don’t appear to be dog-friendly, but as Edinburgh taught us just ask!

We started at Findhorn Bay and walked east. There are a number of places to stop and eat along the Moray Coast Trail. I’ll be honest, we went early and didn’t stop for food so I can’t make any recommendations myself. See Dugs n’ Pubs for a comprehensive list of dog-friendly eateries in Scotland.
