I love writing about my dog, but I get bored of repeating the word ‘dog’. In my blog posts I often refer to my four-legged surrogate child as ‘pooch’ or ‘furry friend’ or ‘four-legged friend’. I recently came across my favourite name so far – ‘Pruppet’. ‘Pruppet’ was coined by the CrimeJunkie podcaster Ashley Flowers. If you listen to the CrimeJunkie podcast you’ll be familiar with the ‘Pruppet of the month‘ section.
Anyway, it got me thinking. What do you call your dog?
